Artificial intelligence

A few years ago, the use of artificial intelligence in day-to-day business was difficult to imagine in some industries. Today, the situation is different: AI is not “on the rise”; it is already here, and its development is happening at light speed.

Today, the private and professional use of AI applications is becoming increasingly intertwined. On the one hand, many companies want to take advantage of the opportunities offered by these new systems—be it to increase efficiency, reduce costs, manage data, or improve customer interaction.

On the other hand, companies are banning employees from using platforms such as ChatGPT and similar services in the workplace because they fear potential problems.

Many SMEs in Switzerland have yet to take action, waiting for new technologies to mature before considering solutions. But in the case of artificial intelligence, is this the right approach?

To be truly prepared for the future is not just about new tools but about taking the first steps toward a future-oriented strategy. The time to act is now.
