I am a seasoned executive (VP Digital, Chief Digital Officer) who has successfully and passionately driven the digital and growth agenda in several global companies in different locations around the world for over 20 years.

I owe my success primarily to my holistic approach to digital transformation, which is based on corporate strategy and culture, the required competencies in the company, and the transformative power of new technologies. I am pragmatic and innovative, with an eye on the human side of transformation.

In 2022, I decided to dedicate my efforts to accompany as many companies and individuals as possible on their transformative journey towards digitalization. As a coach, trainer, and consultant, I am committed to working with CEOs, management teams, and employees, providing them with the guidance and support they need on their path into and through digital transformation.

I am an Executive in Residence at IMD in Lausanne and support them with guest lectures (digital transformation), guest contributions (articles), and research projects. I also chair the International Chapter of the Swiss Board Foundation and give guest lectures (Board Certification Program (CAS) with the University of St. Gallen) and master classes (Swiss Board Day).
